So you have received your order from us yippie!!

You open up the box and there you have it… Something is broken or damaged. Please immediately inform us, to ensure that the situation is rectified as soon as possible. Where possible take a selfie of you and the broken / damaged item and send it to us in order to help us improve the packaging of the items as far as possible. 

If for some reason you would like to return a product that was bought, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of receiving the item. Ensuring that the item is still in its original packaging and unopened. Unfortunately you will have to pay for courier charges to send it back to us, once we have received the item and it has been inspected, we will refund you by providing you with a voucher that you can use on the website.
